What’s our philosophy?
Bathroom 4 Less is a leading online bathroom retailer dedicated to provide quality bathroom products at great low prices. Most of the products we use today come from the low-cost far eastern economies and we think it’s unfair that UK businesses should charge more for a similar product just because they have branded it differently and spend huge amounts on marketing. Some of the online retail bathroom shops source products from the same factories as we do but will charge considerably more for a like for like product.
We want to be different and our philosophy on online retail is simple. Keep prices low and offer great service and products. After-all the product costs the same to everyone from the far east so there is little reason to charge a lot more for the same product!!
Of course quality and service for the money is also important and we work hard to achieve that. Our staff on the ground will travel the length and breadth of the sourcing countries to find products we all want to use at keen prices. It doesn’t end there, we also ensure we comply with all labour and business ethics to promote a world we want to live in. All our products come with a minimum of 12 months’ warranty so you have that extra peace of mind. Some come with 3, 5, 15 or even with a lifetime warranty! (subject to T & Cs)
Our dedicated after sales team will guide you all the way through to delivery. They are open long hours up to 8pm on weekdays and also available at your service over the weekend.
Finally, we want to close with the fact that Internet is a great way to buy things and we want to do our best to make the full use of it by supplying great products to the bathroom industry. Our experience in the industry places us in an excellent position to continue doing what we do best and that is selling great value bathrooms. We maintain high stock levels so if you have a large project, you can simply call and check the stock quantity and confidently take the project on.

What do we do?
To run a large and complex operation like Home delivery of fragile bathroom products over long distances require efficient warehouse and dispatch systems.
We have a dedicated warehouse in Thetford from which we service all of the UK (certain remote areas attract additional delivery charges). We pack our products extremely well with specially sourced material so that your goods arrive in pristine condition first time round. Some of the products we offer online are drop-ship products which means they will be delivered direct from the supplier within the UK.
Our software system is cloud based which is regularly updated. This means we can engage with our customers efficiently, fast and from wherever we want in the world. This also allows our customers to engage with us too through feedback.

With our full customer support based in the heart of Indian Capital New Delhi, we are able to offer quality customer support for longer hours and faster email responses. Our customer support is provided by a large PLC so we know you will be taken care of and our staff will go the extra mile to satisfy you: the customer.
