We do not store or use marketing preferences on our website. Information provided by other users: We do not obtain information about you via third parties. All information we hold, is provided voluntarily by you.
Outsourcing Call Centre Data
We have call centre location in India and our staff is fully trained for all necessary GDPR training and how to handle your data. All the data processed in call centre is securely stored onto our Cloud based system and at no time there is any recording / storage of any data held in call centre in India.
Information we share with third parties
We may share your surname and address with suppliers when goods are delivered directly to you. You can request that we notify you when this is necessary.
Marketing and Advertising
We do not use your personal information for marketing and advertisement, we may share your feedback on our website and/or company Facebook page. No personal information about you or your home is used or shared.

How Long we keep your personal Information
Your information is secured in a locked cupboard and then archived and stored in a locked cupboard or on our Cloud storage systems for the required 6 years.
Accessing and correcting your personal information
You have the following rights in relation to your personal information: (i) the right to be informed about how your personal information is being used; (ii) the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you; (iii) the right to request the correction of inaccurate personal data we hold about you; (iv) to request the blocking, restriction or deletion of your personal information.
