    Now you can return any order within 30 days of receipt provided it’s undamaged and in original packaging & condition. Buyer pays return charges and must ensure it is returned through a trackable courier who guarantees their safe return. If returned items are found to be damaged or used, no refund can be processed.

    Please note our office and warehouse addresses are different and goods must only be returned to our warehouse once we have provided you with a Returns Note Number (RNN). 

    Step 1

    Contact us via email with:

    1)    Your original order number

    2)    The reason of the return.

    Please ensure you are within time-frame to return the item or we may not be able to authorise the return.

    Some items are delivered on custom-made pallets and you must retain these if you think you may be returning it. These heavy and fragile items are otherwise very difficult to transport and carry greater risk of damages. Advise us whether you have a pallet when arranging a large return.

    Step 2 

    Our after sales team member will process your return within our defined policy and issue a Return Note Number. Please stick/enclose this return note on the item being returned so that your return can be processed efficiently.

    Once you have sent the item back, our warehouse team members will inspect the item and report back to Customer services team who will take action accordingly and email you.

    Note: Processing of Returns can take between 10-14 days after receipt into our warehouse.


    Faulty Item?

    Almost all of our products come with some warranty which covers manufacturing faults and defects. If your item/s have any such defect, please email us and we will resolve the problem for you as soon as possible.

    Step 1

    Notify us via email with the problem and pictures if applicable including your order/delivery note number. Include Pictures if you think this may explain the problem more clearly.

    Step 2

    Our Customer Services team processes your replacement, refund or provides an alternative solution.
